my favorite for lylo variants i just say FX (X would be the number of players that would be alive, F stands for Final) but that doesn't particularly work for this title

Bumping this b/c Zaph didn't keep Ghost Writer, which I think sounded cool but am unsure how his writing credentials onsite relate to ghosts or ghost writing.
Little Did I Know got a few nths but not 5. The tl;dr idea behind it is that it's a writing/narration trope that ties into how he approaches modding. Going to suggest

Lylo doesn't necessarily need to mean 'lynch or lose'. It can also mean 'eliminate or lose', with some artistic liberty taken (eLYminate, y instead of i being the given liberty taken), so I'm fairly sure due to lylo not being automatically lynch, it's okay to have as part of a title, though I will double-check with zoraster on that policy just to be doubly-sure.
That said, given there's the other alternatives, Elo and Behold (which has the added implication of skitter being a high-elo player which I find humorous and appropriate), or just Lo and Behold, ultimately it doesn't matter too much; I'm comfortable moving forward with this line on a skitter title regardless because these options all have good ring to them.

i want to say that "LyLo and Behold" is really the only variant of the title that really works. replacing lylo with elo or another variation doesn't seem very forward thinking because there isn't really a consensus replacement term and so it just ends up not making sense if a different term than the one we use is what becomes commonplace. just "lo and behold" i feel completely loses the reference to endgames.
don't really have an opinion on "avenger endgame" other than i don't think skitter really has any connection to marvel movies and so it's a bit weird in that regard, although of the two i think "endgame avenger" is a lot better.
I think medium pharma is a lower quality title than shot count and it references a petty insult from a newly permabanned user. I guess it being a reference to Discussion-related stuff is more representative of how Equinox interacts with the site now. I would be sad to see Shot Count go but medium pharma is kinda funny at least
