1 Night Immune Conditional Compulsive 1-Shot Desperado

1 Town Weak Fruit Vendor

8 Vanilla Townies

2 Mafia Goons

1 Mafia Watcher


Day start.
Mafia have Day talk.
At the start of Day 1, a player is aware that they're a 1-shot Desperado and have night immunity.
Where there is only 1 member of the mafia remaining, the player will be informed that they're a Compulsive 1-Shot Desperado.
If the desperado is killed, the mafia win.

So should town not lynch a cop guilty and instead save them for the desperado to shoot?

Kind of an interesting dilemma. Not sure how crazy powered a bulletproof IC is though since that's basically what the desperado is?
i no longer strictly go by they/them and honestly prefer she/her but they/them's fine if you're used to it i guess

so would the idea here be to leave the conf mafia alive until you kill the other two for the desperado to get the guaranteed shot?
if the desperado uses a shot before their is one mafia left and hits mafia do they get another shot once its down to 1?

Oh there is some confusion. The player is just aware of what they are. They're only able to shoot when there is exactly 1 scum left. I didn't know how to word it right :lol:

So like say town lynch perfectly in a row, at the start of Day 3, said player will be allowed to use his or her shot.

as far as i can see it does. i would probably put an explanation of it with the Role PM to make sure they know.
is it balanced with 7 VTs or should it be 8?

I have no clue about balance. So far do you think this setup is town sided or scum sided?

Does town need a protective like bodyguard or jailkeeper? Do scum need something to counteract cop?

(I don't know for opens, but in a closed, generally 3, sometimes 2, prs are needed to balance against 10v3)

i was thinking that the JK is a bit strong. maybe make it something weaker? RB would be a bit heavy. something like a watcher or tacker might be better to replace an RB

i would say that if the watcher gets a result from the hider hiding behind someone (this benefits town) then that should be fair.

Change the hider to a weak fruit vendor.

That will accomplish the same function has hider, and not create a second unkillable townie.
