Based of the Starcraft II Mafia arcade custom map by Dark Revenant

Mechanics:
Starts on night 0, Jailor and Vigi on standby
Players are notified if there's a Jester and Lyncher, how many, and what variant
There can only be two Jesters/Lynchers
No death description, just of who died and what alignment and role
Players can whisper, pm-ed through the moderator first, then the moderator to a player, the moderator then announces that a player has whispered to a player
Killers can leave a death note
Players can make a last will

Neutral
Killing:
Arsonist - Douse a target each night and everyone visiting you including roleblockers. Ignition always kills, kills everyone visiting the ignited targets, and kills the ignited's target, but the fire can't kill the arsonist.
Mass Murderer - Kill everyone at the target's house, doesn't kill the target if visiting (away), can target self
Spree Killer - Kill the target, and the target's target, can't kill yourself this way.

Neutral
Random:
Odd Jester/Lyncher - Must meet the win condition on odd days, game still continues after achieving condition
Even Jester/Lyncher - Must meet the win condition on even days, game still continues after achieving condition
Impatient Jester/Lyncher - Must meet the win condition before the end of Day 3, game still continues after achieving condition
Hesitant Jester/Lyncher - Must meet the win condition after the end of Night 3, game still continues after achieving condition
Lyncher - If target gets murdered at night, become a jester
Jester - After getting lynched, random lynch voter suicides, but can be saved by doctor
Cultist - converts every three nights, conversion doesn't retain role except Doctor which is converted to Witch Doctor, , can't convert mafia and neutral killing
Witch Doctor - a successful heal converts the target to cultist
Amnesiac - Can convert to any dead player's role, town is not informed

Town
:
Mayor - On reveal, get 2 votes
Marshall - On reveal, allow for town to vote two different targets, lynching two in one day
3-shot Cop - Can't detect Neutral Killing
Watcher - Has one night cooldown per use
Investigator - Checks for crime record, a visit is trespassing, a kill is murder, a roleblock is soliciting
Jailor - Can jail every two nights, with a one-shot unblockable kill

I can still add more rules and roles but my brain is already close to exploding.
