Ascetic was to make the cop weaker for town and stronger for scum, since as the stats illustrate scum are never picking that slot. I don't know if it's worth it, but I would imagine there are some players with big enough egos to want to take bulletproof over ascetic cop. At least it's somewhat of a decision instead of just having one clearly town role and one clearly scum one.
Maybe I could switch the PGO and the bulletproof, if you think baiting with the cop counterpart should be more effective? Vig/bulletproof is a really weird pairing though.
It's always the same. When you fire that first shot, no matter how right you feel, you have no idea who's going to die. You don't know whose children are going to scream and burn.
