• Each player is paired with another player in the other thread (the one they cannot access.)
• Paired players both have the same role.
• If a Paired player dies (whether to elim or nightkill), both players flip.
• Each day/night cycle, the alters "shift," and one thread locks while the other one opens.
EX: D1 + N1 belong to Game 1.
D2 + N2 belong to Game 2.
D3 + N3 belong to Game 1.
D4 + N4 belong to Game 2.
And so on.
Essentially, you are playing one half of a Mafia game in which you have no information on the other half.
• You share a PT with your other and have daytalk.
• Even though you can't see anything in your other's game thread, with deduction, you can figure out alter pairs and use that knowledge to play a strong game based on not one, but TWO sets of tells and information.
TL;DR, two players hydra, sort of, partially unaware of each others' actions, but able to communicate and use their wits to figure out the game they share.
