Langton's Mafia Color Inverter/Roleblocker
(Double-flips an Empty player it targets, but also causes empty Langton's roles it targets to use the opposite ability. Filled players are roleblocked.)

This is based off the cellular automata "Langton's Ant" in which an ant behaves conditionally based on the tile it stands on, and inverts the color of tiles it stands on.

N1 it will be way smarter for Emptier/Filler to not perform any actions at all.
Doc/Vig won't shoot a Town but will shoot Mafia.
VCop/Cop will get results and thus will have a Cop result regardless.

I don't fully understand the Inverter. It makes a target use the opposing ability, alright. Chances they'll hit a PR N1 is weak anyway. So that's 4 clears + the filler/emptier. 6 total clears assuming no cross-clear. Making three scum in the remaining 5.
