Distraught in the Palace

This is a Royal setup, meaning this setup is based upon Assassin in the Palace.

1 Assassin

1 King

X/2 King's Guard

1 Queen

X/2 Queen's Guard

The Assassin wins if either the King or Queen is killed, or if both the King and Queen are executed.
The King and Queen win if the other is killed/executed and the Assassin is neutralized.
The assigned Guards win if their assigned target survives the game.

If X is an odd number, randomly add a guard to either the King's or Queen's pool.
All assigned guards know who their royal is, but not who is the opposing royal.
If a Royal is executed, their assigned guards will also be executed.

At any time up to just after execution, the Assassin may target a player to kill them.
The game ends when the Assassin kills a player, or when both Royals are executed.
