I HAD A REALLY LONG QUALITY POST BUT IT LAGGED AND I LOST IT GRRRRRRRR

19 player
4 scum
1 spy
14 vt

day 1: someone gets limmed
room phase: people rank rooms and pm me their choices first come first serve
game continues until 6 alive as
choice phase: players in room pt publicly vote on room leader. main tread open
kill phase: leaders are put ina pt.they pm me someone from their room who they want to kill. flips are announed at the end
swap phase: scum choose 2 players from rooms 1 and 2 each. they change rooms to the other.room 3 leader swaos self with member of room 2. room 3 leader will always end up in room 2 no matter what.
once there are 6 players alive the game turns nightless and the rooms don't exist, just a regular game

spy wins if alive when 6 players are alice. spy does not joint win with mafia and beats them. spy has access to every pt. (scum, room, leader). spy acts as tiebreaker in votes for room leader and can vote for room leader privately for every room. this ability is disabled when there are 9 players alive. the extra vote is only shown on the final vc.

i wanted to make a game with a 3p that has an equal chance of winning as mafia

first, someone gets limmed
then, players get to privately choose to go to a room. a room is a private pt where all members of the room can talk.
then, the players in each room vote on someone to be their room leader.
then, the leaders of each room talk with each other in a pt. each leader chooses someone from their own room to kill.
then, the mafia swap any 2 people from room 1 with any 2 people from room 2. by swapping, the members change rooms and lose access to their previous room's pt. the leader of room 3 also must swap themself out with anyone from room 1.
this cycle of choosing a leader, killing, and swapping continues until there are 6 players alive.
the game then turns into a regular, nightless, game

there are 14 town, 1 spy, and 4 mafia.

the mafia's only ability is to swap people out between room 1 and 2.
the spy wins when there are exactly 6 players alive, and the spy is alive. the spy is self aligned. if the spy wins, it ends the game. the spy has access to every pt in the game. the spy gets an extra vote (submitted privately) for the room leader of every room. if there is a tie, the spy breaks the tie.

there are no normal eliminations except for day 1 and when the game turns nightless.

yup
i had the idea a while ago after seeing guardians of the fortress, saw your post and decided to flesh it out.
i want the rooms to be slightly different and encourage people going to specific rooms. for example, room 3 has less changes so if they bloc super hard, then town has control of a kill.
the spy exists to mess with the rooms.
