Have you ever wanted to have math but as a challenge? That's too bad, cuz today you're going to! Plug numbers into formulas you have to figure out! It'll be fun and not frustrating and tedious at all! We guarantee it! And we're the only people who have run it thus far, so you know it's gotta be good!

Rules

This challenge will take place individually whenever you choose to play it, and the challenge will last a maximum of

one hour

.

You will be working to figure out

five formulas.

At the start of the challenge and as often as you like after that, you can give two numbers to put into a formula. You will then be given the output of those two numbers into the formula you are working on.

For example, let's say the following formula exists:

• Formula #1 is determined by arranging every digit in the two given numbers together from highest to lowest.

If the team captain provided the numbers 12 and 18, the team would receive the following results:

• Formula #1: 12 ? 18 = 8,211

Any time you want, you can make a guess at the rule of a formula. If you give a correct guess, you'll move onto the next formula. If at any point you wish to pass on the current formula and move onto the next one, say PASS and give the two numbers to put into the next formula. Once you've reached the end of the five formulas, we will begin to cycle back through the formulas you passed on. If at any point during the challenge, you wish to make a guess at a formula you have already passed on, you can make a guess at it instead of the current formula. Do this by noting "Guess at Formula #" followed by your guess.

The rule for a formula can involve as many as three steps, and you must guess all of the rule completely for it to count as correct.

For this challenge, any outside sources are allowed EXCEPT discussion with other humans.

Once you begin, his challenge will have a time limit of

one hour

, after which the challenge will end. You will be ranked by who correctly solved the most formulas, followed by who used the fewest inputs, followed by who had the fewest incorrect formula guesses, followed by who did it the fastest. The lowest-placing member of your team will be eliminated.

You have
