You know who is quite the unsung hero of Mish Mash game mods? This person runs all sorts of games all the time and is always so happy and joyful about doing so. And we thought it was high time that we properly honoured this delightful user. So thank you Tatsuya Kaname for letting us borrow one of your many many amazing Mish Mash games. We like this one a lot, and more people should too. It was also probably a game show, but who cares, let's just affection up Tatsuya instead!

Rules

The goal of this game is to answer a series of numerical questions, attempting to get as close to the median answer to each question as possible. The closer you are to the median, the more points you get!

This game will be played as individuals, with

no discussion allowed among any players. Outside sources are not allowed.

After everyone has answered each question, everyone will be sorted from smallest to largest answer. As there are 36 participants, 2 players will answer closest to the median - those two will earn 1800 points. Then going in opposite directions, 1 player at a time, point values decrease by 100, with the highest and lowest answer only earning 100 points. If 2 players give the same answer at any point, the payout will be equal to an average of the payouts for the positions they occupy.

There will be 2 rounds of 4 questions each. In the second round, points are doubled.

All answers in this game must be an integral number, meaning that

no decimal values/fractions are allowed.

At the end of the challenge, all members of a team will have their scores averaged together. The team with the highest average score wins the challenge and is safe from elimination.
