I think Flight of the Phoenix is the movie where they crash in the desert and have to rebuild the plane or something. I don't remember enough to recall someone walking in a circle like that. I also don't know if it's like a fighter plane or anything in the movie I'm thinking of.

Both the orginal and the remake were pretty good.

#13 (girl walking down stairs)

looks like an older house due to the wooden bannister/railing and the grid polkadot carpet design. something from the 80s or early 90s most likely, as it's not a shaggy carpet, and short carpets didn't really replace those until the late 70s or early-mid 80s depending (lol i'm pulling this all out of my ass / personal experience btw, i haven't done any research on carpets recently ehehe).

ummmmmmmmmm

judging by these other ones, it's probably some really popular movie.

only movie i can think of where a girl walks down stairs tho is Princess Diaries (lol, shut up) and it's completely the wrong angle.

this one looks like it's about to pan up her body and show a skirt. looks like an artsy between-scene shot where she's about to talk to someone, or just got done talking to someone.




i can't tell if she's wearing just the hose or if she has black flats on

Shading of black aorund mid-foot seem to indicate black flates with maybe a very small heel.

Wearing shoes indicates probably not home long, came home recently.

Wood panneling in wall means older type home, but not a poor one.

Carpeted staris and carpeted space between steps means not a cellar, more likelyt a basement used for more than storage.

Probably a horror movie based on the fact she didn't bother turning on a light before walking down stairs (as dictated by common sense).

Top right corner does not look like an open door. Maybe a split level? maybe coming from upper story down to main area?

#16 answering machine



looks kinda dusty.

i can't make out any of the pictures in the background. but the front one doesn't look like a portrait, more like art.

for some reason i'm getting a deja vu of the movie Deja Vu (lol)
because there's a scene where there's an answering machine. and it has something to do with the future and the past.

answering machines are usually used when there's something time-sensitive that happened, that a character can't affect (or can he!?!?), or they're used to play sad memories (i.e. left behind, captain america civil war (albeit a cell phone), ummm a couple others that are escaping me)

they are rarely used otherwise because it's just needless fluff. it's gotta mean something. and obv if this is the one they picked for the game, it might be significant.


but this looks like an older voicemail recording machine than that would have been (that was a 2006-2008ish movie, this looks firmly early 2000s or ehhh maybe late 90s? it reminds me of a cassette player so perhaps that design style was still in).

Torn between an answering machine and just a tape recorder.

Is that a phone to the left midscreen?
Otherwise, there are no other wires or anything coming from it.

Lighting looks like natural light from a window.

Photographs on a table, collection of memories, maybe? (I like the idea of that theme)

Guess movie #6: Evolution

3 looks really familiar. space shuttle? doesn't look like a documentary. i don't remember a dice scene in deep impact. it's not gravity. it's not apollo 13 or 18. armageddon? but i don't really remember a dog or godzilla toys either. it did come out around the same time as godzilla though, i haven't seen armageddon since i was like 15 though so it's been a reallllllllly long time, someone else confirm? what's the F the beginning of? a word or an acrronym? what's taking up the main area of the screenshot?

4 i wanna say casablanca solely cause of the last pic. i don't recognize the first two at all. but it all looks kinda film noir-y and casablanca's got some bar with rounded ceilings like that if i remember correctly.

6 no idea but the last picture reminds me of some oozy sewer thing from ninja turtles. the other pics rule it out.

11 i'm fucking stumped by, and i thought i was good with animations. lightweight salty that there's a second dice pic. really, mods? fuck you guys

12 i wanna guess scarface. idk. it's the beachside i remember. maybe it's a famous beach in other movies, but it reminds me of scarface, and i haven't seen it for 10 years so maybe there's handcuffs and a stage too lol
