Bleh. I'm reasonably sure there were no letters I could have chosen in that round (or the one before it, for that matter....) that didn't lead to instant loss

Flyest seemed more likely than anything I could come up with for other choices of letters, but that's really not saying much.

that word that used to matter in scrabble before qi was added to the dictionary

i think it's some country's currency actually so hopefully it's in the dictionary they're using....
