Alright, /solid maybe but I will need to immediately decline if the start time is moved back because I can’t reliably be in a call after like 11:15pm

This is also an issue I'd have - being in a voice call post 11pm tends to involve me having to type.

I'm going to have to /spec instead - my schedule just came in and made this more or less impossible for me to do with just voice.
