Omg Mystique. And Frieza.
But I've always loved Wolverine from Conclave and I think he doesn't get nearly enough credit. He started the game weak but turned into a wonderful player.

While we're on that game, I liked watching Enchantress and it was too bad she left so early. I'll throw in another HTTP mention as well.
If I try to do this for games I was in I just end up with a list of my allies because I generally try to ally with anyone I think is particularly cute or likable. So I won't do that.
