What's your favorite twist from a game that isn't common?

What's a twist that's barely been done on MS, but when it was used it was great? Alternatively, what twist underperformed but has a lot of potential?

limited cross tribal communication, like the eon pairs or the hogwarts classrooms, is pretty cool. why did we stop doing that?

i wouldn't mind seeing a mutiny mechanic again (but in a game with swaps). i suspect it would flop a lot of the time, but theoretically seems neat.

How.. how do you even do blindsided and alliances? Doesn't this make it like Survivor Borneo basically?

In Survivor: One World, each round had a couple of conversation group phases based on who was working in the same part of a challenge or who was in the same part of camp

Taking the entire pre-merge and making it Football Manager.

The double-boot at the F16 of Nexus. I like huge temp merges and non-traditional votes in general. There was something spectacular about forcing two huge tribes together and making it so they actually had to care what the other side was doing regardless of numbers.

I am going to be a self-congratulating shit and say that the Pearls from Hawaii were Good and should be used again.

Being less vain, I liked the challenge in Eon that offered an individual immunity at the cost of your tribe auto-losing.

not to be TOTALLY self-absorbed lmao but i'm still quite proud of how the not-the-massive-hunt idols in 2016 were hidden

The one where u had to stalk me?

yes more should do that

I mean, ignoring the stalking part, it was multiple parts, complicated, had lots of opportunities to get clues to the ones that were super hard, and it fostered a lot of working together.
I thought all three of the idols and the openness of them was great

These are terrible, are never done in real survivor, and never should be done in online survivor. The game itself is a huge commitment for people, and by making it so that you need to pm like 16 people you're making the time commitment entirely unrealistic for a good chunk of people (from what at least I've heard from others during fake merges as well) and frankly incredibly stressful and unenjoyable. Whenever these happen I just pray that they are over as soon as humanly possible

Tbf we did more clues than we planned because the clues were much harder than we thought they would be.

Especially the Uruguay one. I thought that one was really easy but I also stab Uruguay hard
