Going by the character of Byakuya, it's probably a given your good at inspection and Charisma, but shit at Socialibility (aka the punchable face) and strength.

Actually, the more you think about it Charisma is in line with an Intelligence check in this game with Socialibility being more friendship oriented.

The body discovery announcement would happen if 3 conditions were met:

1 - If any parts of the dead body were found (yes their nail would work! Even their ash would work - it doesn't have to be a body)
2 - The murder, is a murder of the game participants and if those participants are not alive.
3 - If three living participants discover the body. This can happen at different times - It's not necessary three people finding the body at the same time. It's not necessary that same parts of the body gets discovered by all 3 people (for example someone can find a hand, someone a fingernail, another one a foot)

So some could be murdered but still alive, or not murdered but dead, and the body discovery announcement would not play?

It's a big discussion where everyone talks at the same time to figure out the killer. In the game the protagonist uses Truth Bullets to help guide the debate to the proper conclusion. What I'm interested in is how those will be managed here. What I thought of when considering making a mafia game in the same vein as this was parsing out Truth Bullets to all participants and they'd have to work together to solve the mystery.

Yeah I ended up looking at the guest room, didn't really notice much so I just sort of brooded there. I was there for an hour until Kousei was brought in, then I went to the parlor.
Dinner was at 7 PM, as stated by others. Kaori mentioned wanting to stay with Kousei.
At 9:30 PM we decided to separate and the women took the servant's room while the men took the parlor to guard the entrance. I kept watch until midnight when Gundham took over until the scream.
