Does 'doing nothing' due to inactivity mean, those players have full defense?

Perhaps it's Netlava? What would happen then? By the way, how can anyone deal splash damage? Do the neutron bombs deal SD? It seems like the description says their damage is handled like attacks.

Hm, if we should lose, the victory is deserved. There are a number of devices that could have prevented it, but nobody cared to bid for them.

He'd deal 100 damage but with some points spend on defence on our part, he would not kill everyone, unless 'damage' means defence is ignored.

So we can't kill the kamikaze fighter, hoping he'd crash into the THE DEVICE SHIP, as the magnetic drone protects him at least this round?

Then I guess me teaming up with that ship is our only chance. But I'd like to hear what our host has to say about this first.
