Does Kamizaze affect the person with A.T Shielding?

YEAH. (Note bird1111 can kill everyone this round except netlava anyway

A) Neutron Bomb takes effect the round after I use it

B) I think Magnetic Shield Drone may prevent me from killing Xelada if its active next round

C) Because A is true, If Cloaking Shields is used this round, it prevents Neutron Bomb

D) Spatial Fluxuator likely works on Neutron Bomb

E) Anyone with more than 50 energy can survive Neutron Bomb by assigning at least 50 shields.

F) I have the choice of doing 50 damage every round after the first or doing 100 damage every other round. So I may not even deal 100 damage in a single round.

So no, I cannot kill everyone this round. And I'm not likely to kill everyone else alive until late in the game. And that assuming I go for the 100 every other round.

Question: For the purpose of Deceptive Illusions, do systems that deal damage count as a normal attack?

xelada can't die this round because he has Magnetic Shield Drone.

Could we change Deceptive Illusions to burning energy instead of spending it? As it is, if you have 12+ energy, its an A.T Shielding that spends energy instead of burns. Which is even more broken than The Device by itself.

the drone can only take 40 points then it's destroyed

The way I read it, it absorbs all attacks targeting its owner, but if has taken more than 20 damage total at the end of the round, its destroyed.

If the drone takes all the attacks this round without splashing, I move we award a victory to Netlava for his cleverness, take out The Device, let Xdammo add some systems, and have a do-over.

I pretty much suggested this (minus the awarding the win to Netlava and letting Xdammo adding systems, both of which I have no problem with).

Meh. I get the feeling that one of chenshi/Netlava will have a guaranteed win by the end of the round due to lack of cooperation.
