I thought I was screwed... I used up 75 of my effort points just between the first task and first flight! I wasn't surprised to hear "Rhinox was passed up" during the later tasks.

announcing that I will be V/LA and unable to look up flight unformation from 1/21 to 1/26. If it is ok, I should be able to finish up the berlin leg before I leave, and then catch up with the next leg(s) after I return rather than being replaced or eliminated.
