! My last game, Sharing Sucks, had to be killed due to inactivity. Please only join if you know you're going to be on frequently. Welcome to Elimination, the interactive game show where people are Eliminated in contests of skill, smarts, luck, and other various things. There are 8 players, and 8 challenges, where players will live or die. Elimination challenges have no winners, just losers.
The catch of the game is using your three bonuses wisely. At the beggining of the game, ya'll get three bonuses, the same three, and depending on how you use them, you may have better or worse chances of winning. They are:
Question Cheater -Lets you automatically get the challenge question right, giving you a small advantage in the next challenge.
Gamble - You'll get a new bonus if you come in first or tie for first in the next challenge, or if you correctly guess who will come in last.
Foresight - Lets you get a summary of what skills you'll need before the next challenge begins.
The game has several important and unique features, to make it more than a bunch of tied in mini-games.
First, in between challenges, you'll each be sent a question. Remember that this is a game show. Players who get the question right will get an advantage in the next round.
Second, there are lots of tie ins and secrets in the game. These secrets will come in handy later. A keen eye might have some sort of advantage.
There are other special things you'll be told later. Just be on the lookout for secrets and whatnot.
No game would be complete without maximum screwage. Believe me, you'll have plenty of ways to screw over competetors as the game goes on. You'll see how. Also, you'll see some stick art occasionally. Quite a lot actually. And that quiz show aspect might come into the picture more fully later...
