At this time, the defense moves to Dismiss this case on the following grounds: This trial is compromised. Draconia and Flying Kiwi have engaged in wartime activities, and therefore any delegation from Draconia cannot be considered impartial or fair to my client. Furthermore, this trial should be dismissed on the grounds that Lemaness Nicatilpoi can no longer bring charges up upon Kiwi on account of his passing away last week. Motion to dismiss all charges on grounds of a mistrial. Most of these charges are not crimes that Kiwi II was in-charge of the government before. Because of precedent set by (honestly can't remember the court case) a person wrongly accused of crimes that were attributed to another person is acquitted under a mistrial.

Kiwieagle I was leader of Flying Kiwi at the time that charges one, two, three, four, five, six, and seven were allegedly committed. Therfore, Kiwieagle II is being wrongly convicted of crimes he did not commit.

Furthermore, I've cast enough doubt on this case with my previous statements that if this trial goes on it will be a slap in the face of the legal system.

OOC: On an OOC note, if this doesn't win the trial why am I wasting my time? I've brought up numerous legal points to dismiss this case, and rather then find a legit way to answer to my defense I get "we are not doing it that way". Why am I wasting my time if this was going to be an unfair trial from the beginning? I was under the impression I had a chance of winning, but it's clear to me that's not the case. I did all my research both legal research and in the thread. I would have gotten this trial dismissed in the real world by now. So I'm a little frustrated I continue have to come up with more defenses because all you can come up with is "well, were gonna ignore your points on the grounds of I don't have a counter for them". Furthermore, no T-Bone trials will be held, as no crime was committed. As you'll find Caledonia is a much more stable country than Flying Kiwi ever was and any attempts that is made on us will be met with full scale war, instead of a trial.

On that last note, Caledonia can accommodate Calamity Isles if they so choose.

No longer share the Nation Park project with Magrathea, until it determined who is attacking Caledonia. Magrathea is under suspicion based upon captured soldiers testimony.

Ban non-Deimoskian countries from visiting the National Park, until it is determined who is taking part in the attacks. Non-offending countries will be allowed back in.

Therefore if you want to leave with your army to fight another day you will have your men lay down your arms. Or you will lose all your men, and have nothing with which to defend your country with. I really hope no one else gets greedy, because it would be easy for someone to attack you while your armies are busy.
