Kinda hypocritical to call the players lazy. Instead of explaining it yourself, you linked to a page you apparently only skimmed over, because then you had to cover the specifics that the entry you linked to hadn't. Important stuff, like the range of numbers to submit between.

Two things:
1 - you should have 3rd party impartial judging for this. More than one judge would also be great. Guarantees against bias.
2 - haiku do not rhyme. Not that rhyming should infract upon its total score, but neither should you penalize an entry for not rhyming.
