It's not possible. 20 people to start with a max of 10 to make it to round 2. Max of 5 could make it to round 3. Max of 2 to round 4 and then round 4 would make 1.

I didn't end up counting, but ok.
Quite likely we'll be done by round after round 3 now anyway.

I generally make them random since the tribes with less people don't pick who's active to go. They have who they can. If everyone wants each tribe to select it can do it and I'll make necessary changes quickly.

Turn also ends now.

Normal survivor has tribes freely sitting out their weakest players (except not the same person twice), so yes I feel it should be the same.

I assume all live challenges are going to have people sitting out, if so then we should be able to choose ourselves when you announce the challenge. (and then you shouldn't remind those people sitting out either)
At the very least, you should inform us if people are going to sit out.

If you're going to choose I do need to know who swaps with who.

It's too late now, but it would be something good to know at some sage earlier, even if it stays random, I don't think it should be possible to have someone sitting out right at the challenge time (if timezone make someone stay up late to play, it sucks if they are then not playing suddenly). I don't actually mind about not playing since I read the Choas heart information wrong, but yeah.

Also you should give more time on the first round for actions, those rules can be hard to understand.

Castle Break In

Even in a fun fantasy world locks exist and can be tough to break. Everyone is now trying to steal from fawful and entering his castle requires a 4 letter code. Each letter in one code is unique and is an uppercase letter between A-Z. That still leaves a ton of possible codes, but it’s not pure guessing.


Checking System: Every time you submit a 4 letter code each letter will be colored either green, yellow, or nothing. A green letter means the letter is in the right position and is found in the word. A yellow letter means the letter is found in the word but not in that location. A letter that isn’t colored simply isn’t in the word.


Goal: The tribe that solves the code with the least number of checks wins. The tribe that gets last place has to go to tribal council. And each tribe has a different code word to find.

I feel that I should maybe actually communicate more, but that probably won't happen. Just as long as I don't stupidly end up with myself in charge of both tribess come a swap again I'll probably last longer anyway and have more fun.
