I take it anyone can offer the banana tree energy, not just the person who has it?

And somebody seems to be a kol player...

I do, too. I'll probably be leading an initiative to keep the thing stuffed with bananas. And if I get Bookworms, bye-bye Gorilla.

[qutoe="Grek"]Why would you give it anything? The "Summon Really Really Big Super Giant Gorilla" spell does not specify that the bananas you give him to be from from the tree. [/quote]Where else would you get bananas from? Note the Summon Hilarious Objects must be useless.
Gaurdian wrote:hopefully someone gets bookworms without spending much and can kill the ape.
We should just pick someone to get Bookworms. That way, we're not competing with each other to do something that benefits all of us. I don't mind being the bidder. Since that will cost me energy, though, I do ask no one attacks or use spells on me during Round 1.

The problem with that is if someone wants to get gorilla, they're just bid 2 on Bookworms. I think it's better not saying the maximum bid.

Thinking about it a bit more, why would someone burn 5 to get no advantage whatsoever?

That was in response to Grek's idea that one person bid 1 on Bookworms.

I don't agree with that. The more I think about it, I'm not sure anyone would use gorilla. It doesn't give the owner an advantage, and, as maz points out, energy has to be burnt to even get bananas to feed the thing. This isn't as big a problem as I initially thought.

But if I own Summon Gorilla, what do I have to gain from doing so? It burns energy to do so, and there's the danger of it coming back to squash me. I don't think it's very likely anyone would use it, except maybe the guy who submitted it.

Golem could save him also, though with even less energy and giving up all his spells.

My name will be

I'm pretty sure golem goes with you if you die.
Sidekicks usually survive their owners death unless stated otherwise.

Dice rolling in Rumble games has always been done by the mod. I don't see any reason to change that now, unless Wizardcat wants to. And I agree with Grek; there should've only been one coin flip.

Maz, I'm not allied with you yet, and I don't see any gaurantee you'll raise me. So it looks like you just make a large group I have to take on pretty much alone. That doesn't sound to good to me.

No, my Golem is my Sidekick. Zombie GOB is Greg's sidekick. Any Golem Zombie GOB raises is Greg's sidekick.

Albert B. Rampage wrote:Yeah I meant your golem is Greg's sidekick's enemy. Basically your golem is going to kill your zombified version. Right ?
Well, hopefully.

I think we should take out The Greg first. He has a growing army of sidekicks, and we need to cut that off. We're just lucky he hasn't necroed Maz yet.

Incidentally, Zombie CoolBot was Golem and the monkey spell. I doubt he'll summon the monkey, but I see more Golems in our future.

Guardian, I know you have great defensive capabilities, so you think you can weather a reborn Greg. But he'll have Necromancer again, so you'll have to kill him twice. Also, zombie Maz does not have to raise Greg - he could raise anyone's who died. How would you like a risen mccoyn hitting you with Ray of the Parasite? Finally, his Golem could have Bookworm, and he might use it to keep you from Bookworming anything.

I think that's a bit risky on your part, but obviously, you disagree. It could be the difference between The Greg rolling over all of us and you having a chance to win.

The idea is to get rid of it before he has the chance. I guess getting rid of Raise Dead would be a better idea, as that stops any dead players, and spells like Ray of the Parasite and Necro, from coming back.
