Throughout the entire competition, both Cay and I have worked extremely hard to get to where we are; as the star performers on Eagle Eye for most of the interview process, we single-handedly kept the team from getting completely demoralized by our repeated losses week after week. Together, we have a 3-0 record as project managers, as opposed to the 2-2 combined record of our opponents. Leadership is an important quality in the business world, and I believe we have shown our excellence in this category.

As we enter into the final 4 of this year’s Apprentice, I am here to tell you why we are the better halve of the four remaining candidates.
Right from week 1, + was making his mark, being considered the best teammate by the project manager in week 1. Not satisfied with just that + stepped up to the plate as Project Manager in week 2. Not only did we as a team make a better, more businesslike presentation, we also won the task. +’s leadership skills were described as “Confident, commanding and just damn good. “ This week Crywolf had failed and was brought into the boardroom, being accused of leaking information to the other team. In the end, it came down to who was lying, Crywolf or JDodge. This incident ultimately remains unresolved.
Week 4 and 5 saw Porochaz replace in and step up to the plate as dahills second in command then as project manager. He gave a lot of suggestions for the riddles and devised the idea of putting the riddles in a different language, an idea which contributed greatly to winning the task. + later solved at least two of the riddles. The teamwork we displayed in this task helped us trounce the opposition. In Task 5, Porochaz considered + as his greatest asset. He searched through the most cards and made a comprehensive list which allowed an easy win. Through teamwork, we found all the cards and got everyone building at the optimum times.
Porochaz once again proved his worth by being the picker for his team and single handedly provided the final product for his team, once again winning the task, showing dedication. It should be noted here that comparing wins for all the tasks thus far, both + and Porochaz notched up 5 wins out of 6 of the tasks, whilst JDodge has 3 and Crywolf with only 1.
Task 7 was a loss but this should no way be construed as a loss for +. Out of thirteen images, + discovered 11 of them, with Porochaz and Dahill discovering 1 more. This task was an easy win for us if the PM had done his job properly.
In week 9 and 10, both Porochaz and Eteo were PM’s respectively. Week 9, Porochaz created the event and photos going along with it by himself, despite the disadvantage of working alone, his work resulted in a draw between the two teams. + marked the third time as PM by winning double what the other team got at auction.
Porochaz and + should go through to the final, with 6 wins under their belts compared to JDodge’s 5 and Crywolfs 3, they have also shown honesty, integrity and good teamworking skills throughout the tasks, which as can be seen can’t be said about the other team. Both of us believe that we have the skills to be the apprentice and we both feel that we have proved it.
