Welcome to The Mole

Hello everyone and welcome to The Mole. Twelve contestants will be chosen, one of which will be The Mole. The Mole's purpose is to secretly sabotage the group whilst remaining undetected in the process and this will earn money to their own pot. The other eleven contestants will all be trying to earn money for the group pot while also keeping an eye out for mole activity.

Throughout the game there will be nine episodes. Eight of these episodes will contain two tasks and an elimination quiz. Each of the tasks will be one of the following types:
1. One will be solely for making money for the pot
2. The second will be about making money for the pot but will also have either an exemption or quiz points up for grabs too. However, often this will result in losing money for the pot, so you will have to decide if it’s worth it or not.

Quiz Points:

Winning quiz points could mean the difference between staying and going in this game. The quiz points will add to your final quiz score for the episode and will give you a better chance at staying till the next.
Example: You win 2+ for the quiz. You score a 14 which becomes a 16.

Occasionally there will also be a bonus task during an episode which may both allow you to make money for the pot and or earn an exemption. It depends on the task, just letting you know they may pop up in the future.

At the end of each episode will be the elimination quiz, it is at this stage of the episode that quiz points and exemptions come into play. Unless you have an exemption, each contestant will be required participate in a quiz about The Mole’s identity. Whichever contestant knows the least about the Mole and their activities, (after quiz points have been used), will be eliminated immediately. After this event the next episode will begin.

The ninth episode will be the final one. There will be one last shot to earn money for the pot and then the final elimination quiz and of course the unmasking of The Mole. Do you have what it takes to last that long though?

Throughout the game there will be twists and turns and some players may get secret side missions and offers. So be prepared and trust no one.

Episode 1 – Welcome to the Mole

Ten contestants stand outside a remote cottage in the snow in an unknown location waiting for their host and hopefully the other contestant’s. It’s eerily quiet until you all hear the noise of the approaching helicopter. It’s hard to miss the red speck as it draws closer. However what is odd is that there is what looks like rope ladder hanging from it and holding the ladder is another smaller red speck. Like some sort of action hero the man jumps off of the ladder just in front of you and smiles as the helicopter flies away.

“Hello everyone, I’m Tom Williams and welcome to The Mole. At the moment we are down two contestants, I think they might have been eaten by a polar bear or something trivial like that but hopefully they will find their way. In the meantime we have no Mole or Moles which is a first for the show and should be interesting to see if it affects the game in the future. While we wait for them let’s get to the Bonus Task and if they don’t make it we will just have to continue the game without them, Moles and all….”

This will be interesting as The Mole(s) haven’t been chosen and you will all be working toward earning money for the pot. Maybe this task will help you pick out The Mole in the future, who knows but anyway lets begin.

However for each one remembered in the correct order you will earn $2,000 for the pot but this opportunity ends as soon as you start guessing the wrong order, so pick right early on. If you manage to guess all 20 in the right order you will win an additional $10,000 making the possible winnings $50,000.

Just as you’re all about to begin the bonus task and go inside a green helicopter appears in the distance and once again comes in the direction of the cottage. As it reaches the cottage it begins to hover a fair bit from the ground and that’s when Crazy is pushed off of it. Some angry yells can be heard from the helicopter as Crazy lands face down in the snow. Ouch. You all exchange shocked glances as the helicopter leaves and then all continue inside. I guess you found the 11th contestant but where is the 12th?
