9 celebrities are given a chance to win $1,000,000 for their charity. However, only one celebrity can win. They must decide who that celebrity is, and the decision must be unanimous.
Rules:
Unan1mous Phase: Each person must privately cast a vote for someone other than themselves. If there is a unanimous vote (all, but one, votes going to the same person), then that person wins. Otherwise, we proceed to the Outcast Phase. There is a 72-hour deadline for when the votes are to be cast. However, after the first round there will be a money clock that will subtract $1 from the prize for every second a vote hasn't been placed. The clock will stop once the final vote has been cast. If someone quits, the prize is halved. If the money goes down to $0, then no one wins.
Outcast Phase: Anyone who is not an outcast must privately cast a vote for one person they wish to be an outcast. The person with the most votes will now be considered an outcast and can no longer win the game, but must still vote during the unan1mous phase. In case of a tie, the person who was last named an outcast will have the deciding vote. If there's a tie in the first round, then there will be a re-vote. There is a 72-hour deadline for this phase, and then we will proceed to the unan1mous phase, where the clock will start again.
