Here's how this tiebreaker will work. Mist, Klick, Aronis, and Shadoweh cannot vote. Everyone else, you can only vote for one of those four, except for Mist, who still retains immunity.

This means that Deathnote, you WILL be allowed to vote. As stated earlier, Vacations cannot be used at this point in the round.

Clarification there--as stated in the rules, any time you don't vote, you will cast a vote for yourself.

Mist and Klick each voted for themselves, and have received a strike. If anyone ever gets three strikes, they will be summarily executed, and will be eliminated from Survivor: Vacation.

5. If there is a tie at Tribal Council, the players in the tie will not vote. The other players will each receive one vote to cast against those players locked in a tie. If the vote results in another tie between the same set of players, the tied players will be safe and one of the other players will randomly be eliminated.

The results have been minorly edited to reflect the fact that Mist retains immunity during the round she's given it. While Mist will not be able to vote, she also cannot be voted for.
