How does scum ub and vig work it doesn't do the bad thing does it

UB only works on allied roles, meaning scum UB only inherits scum roles and Town ub only inherits town roles
That way you can't get scum vigs and Town strongmen

UB inherits the role, backup "activates" when the role dies. So UB has the previous roles' shots while the role specific backup has only whatever the backup role specifies

Yup just write up role pms and all possible feedback

the town wincon should be something along the lines of "You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive," and mafia wincon should be something along the lines of: "You win if at least one mafia member is alive and all other players are dead (or if nothing can prevent the same)."

just substitute that in for your wincons, and you look all good.
