General

1. I am the Mod and what I say goes. I reserve the right to change the rules or modkill/force-replace players as I see fit. If this happens, all players will be made aware of this fact.
   
2. That being said, I am perfect. But somehow I still make mistakes, if you see one, let me know. If you questions, comments or whatever feel free to PM me.
   
3. Preface all in-thread messages to the mod with

4. Punishment for breaking any of the following rules is on a case-by-case basis and is therefore not fixed.
   
5. This is a game. Play to win, and have fun, because what’s the point if it’s not fun?

Posting and Voting

1. I hereby reserve the colour
   #FF6000
   for mod use. Don't use it.
   
2. Do not use invisible, encrypted, or ridiculously small text. Everything posted in the game thread should be public.
   
3. All votes must be written in
   bold
   or use the VOTE: Player tag. Unvotes are helpful, but not necessary.
   
4. Votes may
   not
   be contained inside quote, code, area, or spoiler tags.
   
5. A lynch is reached when a majority of all players, half players alive plus one rounded down, are voting for the same target.
   
6. If a majority is not reached by the deadline, a No Lynch will occur.

Activity and Deadlines

1. This game runs at faster pace than typical for Normal games, each day phase lasts 7 in real life days, and nights will last 1 in real life days.
   
2. Failure to post within 36 hours without advance notice will result in a prod.
   
3. You have 24 hours to respond to a prod, lest you be replaced. Regardless, three prods will result in a force-replacement.
   
4. If your role gives you access to a Private Topic, you may request that a partner be poked. This will not count as an official prod.
   
5. Please give notice of V/LA in-thread or via PM.
   
6. If you are going to be V/LA for more than 5 days I will extremely encourage you to replace out.
   
7. A missed Night Action will result in a No Action.

You have too (two) many abnormal roles, don't you. I think the set up probably is balanced, with the full ninja being a swingy element. I didn't spy any problems with the PMs or rules, but obviously that first point is a big one.

Yeah I was thinking of changing full ninja to odd night Ninja or 1 shot ninja instead.

The only non normal role in this is the auto doctor (which I think I should rename)

Surgeon works. The important think is that the PM is flipped with the player.

I think that rather than 'heal' in the Surgeon's role PM it pught to be explicit: protects against one-night kill each.

However, other than that it looks a little town-favoured - I think changing a Goon into a Ninja-backup would be something - , but I'd still aprove it.

Yep, with the change to odd-night ninja rather than full ninja, change in wording to Surgeon, and Loyal officially becoming Normal, everything in the setup looks good to me. I agree with Antihero that scum don't need any extra power. What they have is fine.

not to nitpick but this is what Macho says for normal guidelines:

This role modifier is considered Normal on mafiascum.net. It negates the effects of a Doctor or Bodyguard protecting it, although both would still be seen as having visited a Macho role.

If I changed it to "protect from 1 kill" would this still fall under classification? I could just get rid of the macho part, but part of this was balanced so that Surgeon can't protect Watcher.
