It's just, I don't really want scum to be randomly using the rolestop... I want them to use it for a specific reason. Making it one-shot forces them to actually think about why they want to use it and what they expect to gain from it.
It's always the same. When you fire that first shot, no matter how right you feel, you have no idea who's going to die. You don't know whose children are going to scream and burn. How many hearts will be broken. How many lives shattered. How much blood will spill, until everybody does what they're always going to have to do from the very beginning... SIT DOWN AND TALK!

The reason I want that is because then there's less swing around scum getting lucky and randomly stopping the fruit vendor. They should have to successfully guess the fruit vendor's target.

I don’t think limiting the rolestopper to 1-shot will prevent them from randomly using the rolestop, nor would it reduce swing in getting a luck block, and the informed is likely to claim anyway.

I don't really see your point on the 1-shot at all. Using it on the Goon doesn't prevent them from using it the next Night correctly anyway.

Randomly using PRs is always a concern, but it's not really preventable. Making it one shot does increase the critical thinking behind it, but not in the correct direction: it restricts when they can use the role, not on whom. I don't think giving them a full Rolestopper is unfair.

By the way, only half of games that go into Night 3 have the Mafia PR alive, which is why I don't want a loyal fruit flying around then. Do you want to fight me on this?
