    -Do not use encryption, hidden text or excessively small text in your posts.
    -Do not use any form of provable randomness. This includes dice tags, screenshots of random.org, etc. Saying you flipped a coin is okay, providing some sort of proof that you did isn’t.
    -Each day phase will last for 10 days, with night phases lasting 48 hours.
    -Prods are issued at 48 hours of inactivity and must be responded to with game related content. "Prodge" is unacceptable; a bare minimum "So-and-so looks bad" or something of the like will suffice.
    -At 3 prods I will, at my discretion, begin looking for a replacement.
    -You are permitted one "Bah" post - it must not have any game-related content. Otherwise, do not post in the game thread or any private topics following your death, with the exception of the dead thread. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a posthumous modkill, which wouldn't really mean much other than shame on your ancestral house.
    -If you have the ability to edit your posts, do not do so. That would be cheating, and cheating is wrong.
    -My decisions are final. If I feel you are violating any of the rules, I will take the appropriate action.
    -As a general principle, whenever moderator action is required I will attempt to make the decision that has the least impact on the natural flow of gameplay. For example, force replacing instead of modkilling whenever possible.

    Voting Rules:

    -All votes and unvotes must be in vote tags ( VOTE: Klick ) or in bold (
    Vote: Klick
    ).
    -Votes in spoilers will not be counted.
    -Abbreviations and nicknames are acceptable, as long as I can understand them and they couldn't possibly refer to any other player. Be as clear as you can please.
    -Unvotes are not necessary before revoting, but they would be helpful.
    -Lynches will occur when a majority (>50%) is reached. If no majority is reached before deadline, the day will end in a no-lynch.
    -Voting to end the day in a no-lynch requires only 50% of players rather than >50%.
    -Once a hammer has occurred, the game is in "twilight". Discussion may continue until I lock the thread but no further votes or unvotes will be counted.

    pointing and laughing at implo for messing up url tag

    things to note: compulsive is definitely allowed in normal games but it requires an ordered list of names batched with the player's confirmation that serves as a non-random basis for the action if they fail to submit it - you should probably mention that they have to do this

    the role itself is a rough one. at first i thought: aha no no no, they can simply not claim the weak component and it will be neutral utility, but yes the neighborhood is confirmed town if the neighborizer is lynched. importantly i don't believe anything stops it from neighborizing one person over and over again (unless that person dies - usually pretty easy for scum to neighborize a towny person and then prevent them from dying) so it is also not so great a town utility.

    i do not like that role very much i should say. usually when i am doing some sort of mechanic where scum picks someone to make innocent, i do like a proper and explicit mechanic about it. like i Really don't like the idea of someone not realizing they can stack neighborizes on one person and then that affects the game.

    in all i would also say this is rather scumsided.

    this needs more town power

    i'm fine with the weak neighbourizer: i don't think it's a great town power but it's interesting. at worst you can just target the person you NK

    I failed to realise the bit about being able to target the same person more than once myself, whoops. I could tack Indecisive onto it, but that starts getting silly in terms of modifiers and isn't an elegant solution... I think the (known) existence of a Watcher at least makes optimal play difficult to determine. Regardless, I can definitely include explicit details about the Compulsive aspect of the role in the Role PM if that will be clearer.

    Balance was a question mark for me but I was leaning scumsided. I was considering the Neighborizer to be more negative utility than it seems to be. If something happens to the Watcher early on I suppose town has very little left.
    I considered a Vanilla Cop in drafting - would that be a sensible addition (in place of a VT)? Psychologist might also be worth considering. I'm not sure how much town power will help balance this.

    as far as psychologist goes: compulsive weak neighborizer is perhaps incapable of killing, since it has to neighborize every night. one time i asked implo if this was true and if so how that should affect psychologists and whatnot and he was like "i really hate this question"

    haha that's fair. I think we've technically got a loophole here with the Neighborizer Enabler that would allow the Neighborizer to potentially kill at some point, but I wouldn't want to take advantage of that if it was a grey area.

    Hmm... I don't think I hate some sort of gated Rolecop in this setup? Like 2-shot or Even or something. All the scum are likely interpreted as guilties, but I don't think it clears any town.
    If it doesn't fit then 1-shot Cop also sounds fine to me
