KMD has some really unfortunate reads on Day 1 with defending both Mulch and Cabd while mostly going after Kagami who has flipped town

I do think he would have really overextended on defending Mulch if he were his scum buddy but it's possible he thinks that's necessary with only a 3-man scum team. There are a few things I find odd and make it a little more unlikely for KMD to be the final scum buddy:

sounds like he's claiming Friendly Neighbor, which probably makes him town.

Independent of that, I've been a little fence-ish on him in general, but I have a reason (which I don't think will be respected by the crowd) to think that he's unlikely to pick up a scum PM for him team.

I remain curious what exactly he expects from me, as he knows I'm not a super-interactive player. I continue to expect something and remain patiently waiting.

Not sure where you are getting friendly neighbor from, but I'm surprised you'd be so quick to believe it considering you won a game as scum where your partner fakeclaimed friendly neighbor.

Not only does KMD seem to not even be aware that Cabd was claiming friendly neighbor, he scolds Kagami on believing it in the first place.
If KMD were scum with Cabd, I would expect
1. Cabd to brief his scum buddies on his planned fake claim so KMD should probably know about it
2. KMD to not shit all over a friendly neighbor claim if he knows his scum buddy is trying to save himself with one

Also this gives me pause

I only have one reason for reading him because the way he plays makes it hard to take him seriously. He has like 300 posts. Probably two are readable. So good luck finding them. As I've said before, if you want to policy Lynch him I'm not against it especially because it's what my team wants anyway. It just feels weird to do it when I think he's town. I will say I'd rather Lynch mulch than cabd.

because Mulch clearly had the better role and if given the choice scum!KMD would probably prefer to keep the roleblock over what was basically a goon. Especially since KMD had done so much work defending Mulch throughout the game, he wouldn't have had to make up a reason to justify wanting Cabd lynched over Mulch.

None of these are really smoking gun material for KMD's towniness but it's enough to make me doubt that he's the third scum.

yeah the one thing i'm really confident with atm about una is that his reason for wanting claims to go like this, whatever that reason may be, isn't as good as he thinks it is.

i'm wracking my brain and can't think of one good reason, which to me means there likely isn't one. but he might think there is. he's probably town, but this could also be a gambit to "confirm" himself. that he keeps making reference to crumbs isn't helping. it seems his priority is making sure his claim is believed when it happens instead of keeping info away from scum.

i would dearly love to hear what it was after the fact, however.

Ugh I just wrote up a post with quotes and stuff about implosion looking bad with Mulch associations but felt some of it might have been me hoping to find something rather than actual evidence of scummitude so I scrapped it all

The basic premise is that implosion seemed to hold Kagami and Mulch as equal scum leans for most of the day, but he ultimately goes full on after Kagami and kinda "looks the other way" regarding Mulch when it's inevitable that one of them is getting lynched that Day.

I'll think about it more when I can come back to this

Oh and all that was accompanied by his last vote for Kagami being a pretty opportune time to try and save his buddy if he were scum with Mulch

The reason I was trying to poke at the order was to see who'd agree to it the easiest. (investigative claiming 1st)

Now I think I have something close to 10 references towards this claim, and I'll make a post with the list of my crumbs if necessary, if someone thinks I'd ever fakeclaim this.

BUT. I assume people can see some of the implications I was talking about.
Unless there's a town killing role (which seems unlikely with no 2 kill nights), we have a Doc (because scum having it would be useless?)
But since we'd then have quite a lot of healing vs ONE-SHOT RB, I'd guess scum has something like a strongman/JOAT as third scum.
MEANING that we should have at least some sort of an investigative, and my guess would be a rolecop (fits the best with Cabds derpy fakeclaim if his information was that there'd be one) and/or a tracker-type, although I doubted that because of no one CC'ing Ginngie..then again, I think not everyone got to post yesterday.

I'm not going to popcorn, I still think our investigative should claim before the Doc, just in case, but whatever.
