RULES

General Rules:

1. Site-wide rules always apply here.
   
2. If you have a question for me, you can always PM me. If you need to talk to me in thread,
   please bold your question like this
   so I can locate it better.
   
3. You may not use hidden or encrypted text. I decide if the text is small enough to be count as hidden text.
   
4. If you have a power to edit/delete your post, don't do it. If you scumslip, just accept it and eat rope.
   
5. Play nice. Insulting players with using any form of racial/sexual slur or any kind of derogatory languages or excessive harassing in any way will result in immediate force-replacement.
   
6. Do not EVER discuss the ongoing games in this thread nor discuss this game elsewhere, no matter how informative it is.
   
7. Paraphrasing moderator communication is fine but do not directly quote anything or otherwise suggest how the communication was phrased.
   
8. Do not use provable randomization in this game. Saying that you rolled a dice is fine, using dice tag is not.
   
9. Do not use the following color.

10. If I find the certain factors/actions damaging the state of the game, I will intervene and/or take action.
    
11. Keep the personal complaint, whatever they may be, outside of the wrong VC/information, private by PMing me.
    
12. If you break these rules, I have full rights to punish you at my will. This can range from simple warning to modkill/force-replace.
    
13. I always have a full right to add/modify the rules. If I do, I will fully explain the reason behind such action.

Activity and Deadline:

1. The day phase will last 2 weeks. Night phase will last 48 hours or all submissions are in.
   
2. If you're on V/LA, please tell me beforehand by either post it in thread (bolded) or PM to me.
   
3. If you don't post here for 48 real hours, I will prod you. Failure to receive prod within 24 hours will result in your being replaced.
   
4. If you do not submit an action before the day ends, it will count as
   No Action
   .
   
5. If I have to extend the deadline, I will. If I do, I will post it on thread.

Voting and Lynching:

1. You vote by either using bold tag [

   ] or using vote tag [

   ].
   
2. Please make your votes clear,
   
3. A player is lynched when the majority votes is achieved, which is 50% of the current available votes rounded up.

Game Mechanics:

1. The day phase will consist of 2 vote counts that happen concurrently. The standard vote to lynch and a vote to give a player an invention.
   
2. The invention that is being distributed is publicly revealed every day.
   
3. You will vote players to lynch either using vote tags or in bold. If a lynch occurs before the election vote is complete no one will receive an invention that day phase.
   
4. To vote a player to recieve an invention you need to use the format
   elect: PLAYERNAME
   . Once majority is achieved the player will receive an invention at the end of the day and the invention vote will be removed from the vote count.
   
5. Invention votes will occur for the first 4 days only.

Abilities:

For the first 4 days you may vote for a player to receive an invention.

Win condition:

You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated and there is at least one town player alive.

Mafia Goon

Abilities:

For the first 4 days you may vote for a player to receive an invention.
You may vote for a player to by lynched.
Factional Communication: You may communicate with your partners during the day and night here

Win condition:

You win when your faction controls 50% of the town or nothing can prevent this from happening.

I complained to the mods, they wouldn't do anything, so I swapped out. To this game in particular because Firebringer was already complaining about Mastina being in the game.

8. You MAY talk about the preferences and abilities of any player and speculate which game and alignment they would prefer. You may speculate about the relative strengths of teams and how they would distribute role pms. You may NOT tie this speculation or otherwise refer to ANY action a player not in your game has taken in their ongoing game.

A good rule of thumb is any speculation one could have made just by seeing team compositions before the event is allowed.

Examples of things that ARE allowed

• "Ellibereth sucks at scum, he probably chose a town pm"
  
• "Zoraster is by far the best scum player on that team. If they got a scum role pm he probably took it."

Examples of things that are NOT allowed

• "Ellibereth is confirmed scum by team composition", when said by someone not in Ellibereth's game.
  
• "Ellibereth's probably going to flip scum in that other game so Zoraster is probably town here".
