I'm saddened by many avatars I recognize but can't remember the username they belong to

So instead of dealing with that sadness, my brain decides to work out that there are exactly 200 avatars in the collage, and I try to deduce what the criteria is for being included on the avatar wall. Some function of {number of posts, time on site, length of time since last post}? Possibly maximised to the top 200 significant departures?
