But even that 18% is meaningless because it doesn't take into account the fact that scum made the second vote on someone in RVS. If I went to check those games for the number of times scum made the second vote in RVS, and saw what percentage of times that vote was on a partner, THEN it would mean something.

The scum-DDL no-kill possibility did occur to me but I think that's pretty remote, he could always have just killed NaCl and made it seem like unwnd rolecopped one of them. Plus his response to the gambit in the neighborhood was pretty towny.
