If you want to easily meta me, you can't do it day 1 any more because I can pretend to have enthusiasm for a game day. Gobbledygook had a very nice approach after replacing in at the end of big four mafia where he looked at activity trends over the course of the whole game looking mainly for downward trends, and I think that would catch scum me every time
