Pho didn't kow who there partner(s) is. Ausuka makes a cute slittle scum slip crumb that hopefully Pho would pick up on. Since pho didn't pick up on it, Ausuka pushed the wagon on Pho for the towncred.

I thought it was an interesting use of the role in a micro to make it basically just scum that can't perform a kill N1 that would assume it has buddies.
