What are you hoping for here mlaker? And where is our mod?

Only way that's gonna be is if I'm a paranoid cop. We'll find that out, and even if I am, then MeMe's mafia because she was innocent on my Night 1 investigation. And I'm pretty sure that everyone agrees with me that you are a bit more suspicious than MeMe. Anyway, you're lynched. :D

Paranoid gets everyone as guilty, so you're definitely not that. The only other possibility besides sane at this point is random (or reverse, which I know the rest of you would have to consider -- but I've ruled it out because I'm the only one who absolutely knows I'm innocent).

Reverse- that's what I meant. Got messed up on my types of cops.

I'm back, sorry about that. School really stinks. :(

Anyway, you drag mlaker to the gallows as he screams, shows his company bus pass, and complains that he wasn't given enough time to defend himself. Nobody pays any attention to these pleas; he is soon swinging a few feet off the ground. A gun drops out of his coat pocket; you pick it up, and sure enough, it has "Ronzoni Mafia" printed across the side.

Congrats, you've just lynched the Mafia Godfather. It is now night 3, choices please.

The town awakes to yet another dead body. This time, you find CoolBot laying face down in the street. But there is something strange about this body--there is a crossbow bolt protruding from CoolBot's back. Curious as to why he was not simply shot with a gun, the town investigates his body and finds a business card. It says: "CoolBot, Mafia Framer. Call for all your cop-fooling needs."

Great job, you have defeated all of the Ronzoni Mafia! THE TOWN HAS WON THE GAME!!!!!!

Some thoughts on the game...

The town did a REALLY good job of catching the scum. One lucky night choice on night one led to a three-night sweep.

This was my first game, so it obviously wasn't perfect. I tried a bunch of new things, and ended up doing a bit too much to try to balance it. I gave the scum a bunch of new and creative powers, and therefore felt obligated to give the town a bit more. Unfortunately, I came up with a bunch of great ideas for the town, so they ended up with a few too many powers. There were a few things I could've done to make the mafia a bit stronger that I didn't think of until the game had started, but even though the town had a lot of powerful roles, the Ronzonis still had a small chance to win (mostly through good day play).

So basically, in retrospect, I think the town was a little too powerful or the mafia was too weak. I'll post a full list of roles and descriptions tonight or Thursday (I'll be out for all of tomorrow.)

Ever wonder why that edit button is obnoxiously placed in the center like that? Yeah, that's cause of me.. and trust me, it's better off there.

WOW! We were AWESOME!

Anyway- why did mlaker show up guilty if he was godfather? I
know
I'm sane.

Also, what does a framer do? Well, I mean- what exactly does he do? (what makes him different?)

Not all godfathers show up innocent...sometimes "godfather" just means "you're in charge." Or they're immune to night kills or something like that. Can some mafia member fill us in so that we don't have to wait for Gaspode to tell us?

mlaker would've looked innoncent, except when he was preforming the kills. As a framer, I could make anyone look guilty to a cop.

I think were we screwed up was having mlaker make the night 2 kill. I figured I was going to attract the investigations. What really killed me though was the deadline extention the first day. I figured MeMe wouldn't reveal before it, so I thought I could get a quick bandwagon to buildup right before the deadline.

Actually, I think you were overplaying your hand. I don't think you blocking me was enough to convince anyone, unless of course, you had another ability you hadn't revealed.

Woohoo! We rock! Very curious about the roles. Great job, Demeech!

I have a confession to make: I wasn't a back-up doc. In my PM said only that I was a Medical Student. Nothing about a backup-doc. Most of the times Medical Student means backup-doc, so in my ignorance...

That we ferreted out that mafia scumwad massive by the "Reveal if you targeted CoolBot plan" just as hoped. Admittedly, this by all means was not entirely my plan, but I was pretty excited about having it work nonetheless.

Ah, I understand. It
was
a good plan. I thought you somehow used a reverse psychology kind of thingy which only scum could understand and... well... I don't know...
