Fuuuuck I totally had in my mind that Magna's thing was maybe the number of people in PTs and it confirmed us all as town but I didn't say it out loud arghhh

The flavor was very well done. I will not weigh in on the balance since I really haven't paid strict attention to that nitty-gritty of the flips.

Town lost this game after Day 2 for several important reasons.

1. Most of Town absolutely let the scum contingent control the posting and flow of the thread. The reason why this contributed to the loss should be self-evident.
2. Town let players get away with not fully claiming (Firebringer) and didn't actually consider how claimed abilities were handled. As said in the Dead thread Kuroi should have been hung the minute he claimed his mass-flavor track given he handled it in a very, very scummy fashion.

I think the Dead thread pretty much sums up the rest of my thoughts on Town play in general.

Lastly I'll just leave this bit of ironic text here ...

"I still think there should be mechanics in place to prevent scum from systematically killing the best town players in the game. It feels very against the spirit of the game."

Not claiming in a game is usually seen as more town, especially when you say "fuck you, I am not full claiming" So you either have to policy lynch them or let it slide.

I understand your feeling that way but being a good Town player is about not letting that feeling deter you.

You had the absolute hammer in "RC and Kuroi are the only unknowns on Shos lynch" that frankly you should have repeated every post with the phrase "Only voting for them". It's hard but sticking to your guns is important. If you were wrong then so be it. You weren't wrong and RC was obvious from Day 1.

I am just telling you how its normally viewed as. Players view people who are being non-cooperative as more town than the people who are willing to cooperate.
