I don't see how what Dreal is saying makes no sense. Pine's role actually seems useless as well Mala's given the lack of a watcher, tracker, or vig. It may be confbias, but it looks like Sick is trying to fan the flames of Titus vs Dreal to survive.
Dreal, Bender could be a villain as a foil to Barney Gumble, but flavor arguments tend to be pretty weak for a reason.
