There are two confirmed town.

It takes four to lynch

So,

4-2=2

2 votes are needed to hammer you.

If you are town, scum can vote you to win the game.

Let's do the maths.

3 scum members on a team, 2 votes required.

3-2=1.

We have a remainder of 1, which means there is a surplus amount of scum votes needed to hammer you and end the game.
