The hell we did.

Shutting the damn computer down. Now.
You we need to remember that poisoner is in the game, why?

, but ffery did run some mod meta and both heads of the mod hydra participated as players in a game that had a scum poisoner. Lucky2u was poisoned in the game.
We ought to keep that in mind as well.
Because although it's unlikely, it is a possibility that could explain the lack of night kill on night 1. e.g. maybe there was a kill but it's delayed. If the theory is actuality, then it should become apparent at the end of this game day or the beginning of day 3. Probably the former given how I've seen poisoner work in past games.

You like to spitball wild and tinfoil hat theories. You can damn well tolerate some wild-ass theory from other players.
OK, so, I agree that poisoner would be a reason for the no kill. If so, who is the poisoner Morph?
If there is a poisoner, it's hopefully one of our scumreads. I'd be a sad cat if one of our townreads is scum. I don't have an opinion on who might be acting like a poisoner. I don't know how to discern scum-poisoner behavior from regular scum behavior, except maybe if it's an ~extra~ kill for scum on top of a regular factional kill, the player would be motivated to stay alive long enough to use it, possibly at the expense of a partner -- side-eye in Drixx's general direction.

That's a huge chain of speculation, though.
In post 1772, Porkens wrote:And if there IS a poisoner, did I really roleblock?
This question is ambiguous. Tempted to go robotic on you.

If you mean "did I roleblock the night kill", then the answer obviously could be yes or no with or without a poisoner in the game. If you mean "did my roleblock happen?", there aren't many abilities that happen despite a roleblock.

This concludes my daily allotment of setup spec.

Pretty sure a scum poisoner that did not notify the target that they're poisoned would be too strong.

I've never seen a setup where the scum team killed via delayed means (poison or some theme specific device that functions the same) and the victim was informed before they died. The whole setup balance point of using a delayed kill mechanic is to nudge the balance a bit towards scum, as each death can't be talked about until the day after it happens instead of day of. It's a very small shift, but sometimes the margin between winning and losing is tiny.

Interested to see games where poisoned people were informed at day start, if you can point to them?

Ahh ... a UPick. I would disregard that. Roles get crafted around the picks, and that could easily explain the poisoned knowing (as could the size of the game... can't afford to not talk about a scum kill until day 3). I've seen it a few times and it is normally not the case that the victim is notified. They simply die at the end of the day.

"Well before we do anything we need to clean up this mess." The Betting Pool looked around at the debris that was everywhere. "It doesn't make sense for all of us to stop and clean this up... there's so many little pieces we'd barely have any play time left."

TBP thought for a few moments then snapped their fingers. "I got it."

They went to a nearby drawer and pulled out some spare dice and started passing them around to all the players. "We all roll and whoever gets the lowest starts cleaning up while the rest of play."

"That doesn't really seem fair for--" started Chickadee, but TBP glared at her. "I mean... let's roll."

All the players looked around nervously and then one by one each rolled two six sided dice. Chickadee was last to go. She stepped up to the table and rolled the dice. Snake Eyes. Chickadee let out a small gasp and looked around but no one was meeting her eyes, each averting their eyes from the tragedy. Chickadee's shoulders slumped. "Not like this..."

As Chickadee started picking up the various game pieces on the floor, she heard TBP announce behind her, "Ok, let's finally get to playing here. Why don't we start with Lords of Waterdeep?"

Finally game night was underway! For awhile The Betting Pool forgot how the event started. Play was finishing on Lords of Waterdeep, and a clear winner was emerging. Something_Smart was way ahead and as the went into the last few turns he looked around with a chuckle. Before the game had started they had all agreed that with so many games already off the list for tonight they didn't have to keep to the schedule anymore so to make the game more interesting, the winner was going to have their game played next. Something_Smart took his final move. "Looks like it's going to be my game next!"

Something_Smart got up while the rest of players finished vying for 2nd place and strutted over to the game pile and picked up One Night Ultimate Werewolf: Daybreak. "So I think this may be appropriate for tonight. I don't even mind being the moderator. I think I do a good job off adding flavor and providing constant vote count updates. Only 2 hydras max though guys and remember to announce when you are going V/LA!"

A few eyebrows raised at Something_Smart. The Betting Pool raised their hand. "What's a hydra?"

Something_Smart blinked at TBP and then shook his head. "Nevermind."

He started to unpack his game but froze as he spread the cards around on the table. "What... what is this?"

TBP looked over his shoulder at all the cards with wide eyes. Something_Smart looked up at the room of players in horror. "Somebody has drawn fake mustaches over all the cards!"

Dearest Chickadee,

Apologies for your untimely demise. If you could rise up from your grave and make porkens keep his vote on scum instead of bouncing around every time he gets bored, that would be awesome and I'll bake you a pie.

I'm a joat and I used up my most interesting powers already, I watched morph night one and he was only visited by one other person, I copped randomidget last night and he came back as "not mafia"

What I have left is 1 shot of neighborizor, "messenger", and making someone require 1 more vote to lynch outside of mylo/lylo

It's not impossible that mafia would have a ninja though
