It's supposed to, yes.

Whoops I think I made a mistake, but looks like mod also made a mistake as he indicated that 48 was a mine. The last time someone double actioned, he explicitly mentioned that we failed due to breaking the rule.

However, I talked about it with BTD6_maker and, on this occasion, a life will not be taken for double action submitting due to my mod error.
