"sixty eight" is 60 plus 8
"sixty eleven" I've heard as a funny way to say 60+11 = 71
So "sixty twenty" might just be 80. But I'm not sure

I kinda agree with Enigma's point if not his solution. I dont think we should be spam-counting this early because there are a lot of slots to sort and talk.

That said, I also no longer think we should wait until the last 2/3 days to solve, because we arent 100%sure of our target, so Id like to get to 325 with sufficient breathing room.

Just got here. This seems easy enough. Some of the obvious methods to mess with this challenge have been already covered, and suggestions I came up with were already posted by others.

I'm also wondering about what that "one thousands and sixty twenty" could mean. Tried different base notations, different ways to interpret it, came up with nothing. I guess we can keep counting until 325 and see if anything happens when we reach that number.

I rather doubt this. Scum could mess up the count like this without the town noticing, but what happens if the moderators don't notice either? Besides, the moderator will still point to which post caused the reset, so hiding could never work.

One potential way of messing with the count would be to count any mod posts prefixed with void. I rather doubt anyone would try though, this challenge is so easy that it would be almost impossible to explain away messing up.

Except there is one way which just occurred to me... "accidental" double posting. Real accidents do happen, but in this game you better make sure your post was lost before you submit it again.

Preview edit: And here is Pine demonstrating another way to mess up the count. Changing 55 to 1.

This post has caused the count to be reset. The count starts again at 0 with post 68. The count now continues from this post at 2 as a mod recognised reset.

For the record, I'm not holding this against Pine. It is early, and it is possible he has not yet read how this challenge works, so I can give the benefit of doubt.

@Mod:

What happens if the count is messed up and no one notices until much later?

Also, is the limit of 13 posts per page ever reset? As in, would further posts by Irrelephant on this page reset the count again?
