Could we bring in the wording of "hostile FactionS" again?

There are different ways this setup could be done with the Flavor of FFXIV 2.0.

Possibilities include, but are not limited to...
-There could be a Garleans mafia team, and a Beastman mafia team, comprising 4-ish members each.
---This seems pretty unlikely mainly because the Beastmen don't really have prominent "NPCs" that affect the story element of the game, not like the Garleans, so it would be difficult to comprise a team of them.

-There could be a third party in Lahabrea.
---I'd like to think this to be probably most likely just strictly because it would be the most true to the lore. If Lahabrea is on the scum team, they probably should be wary of him /grin.

-Lahabrea and Garleans could be aligned, and there could be some filler Garleans outside the core four to fill a single mafia team with no secondary mafia team.
---The easy option. Put Lahabrea on the Garlean team. Fill it with Gaius, Livia, Nero, and Rhitahtyn, and a few goons in the shape of Garlean Soldiers or lesser named Garlean nobodies.

I think I prefer you but house wants Dwlee and I'm honestly fine with that as well. i find dwlee scummy to an extent but its like highly unlikely house scum ever just recommends a buddy like that so we should be good/dwlee is scum with tomorrow or mastina. Either doesn't matter since all of them are on the raid, they can't do anything funky.

K... putting on my setup solver hat here.

I might be completely off base, but I'm wondering if Tic Tac, H1/H2, and TC are the Eorzean Alliance Leaders.

qualify as a doc-like to a very loose extent if they are

Kan-E-Senna.

She is the leader of Gridania, and functionally a White Mage.
Tic Tac and H1/H2

could

possibly be Rauhbahn (or Nanamo) and Merlwyb, the Eorzean Alliance leaders of Ul'Dah and Limsa Lominsa respectively.

This is just a huge guess on my part, and could easily be debunked by any of the three of them, however if they all feel like they know they are town together in some manner, this might be the reason why.

The only other way I might see a connection is if two of the three of them are Biggs and Wedge, and the third is Tataru or something. I don't remember if Jessie was in Garlond Ironworks in the 2.0 story.
