I was thinking about this and I feel like scum might've been provided fakeclaims, given a lot of Large Themes that I've seen seem to have provided them.

Did any of the flipped scum fake claim prior to their deaths?

Did they look like provided fake claims?

fire pretended to be informed but I think that you could be right that no scum has fakeclaimed flavour yet.
I guess that I was being paranoid, then.
Though, it does seem weird that fire would fakeclaim Informed when his action involved a target.
He could've at least came up with a better fakeclaim.

I think the problem is not the confusion with the clans but rather why you thought the dark forest cats were *a* scum faction if your role pm explicitly tells you that they just need to die for you to win
