1) This is a game. Please try to act in a respectful manner towards everyone.
2) Play to win, but also to have fun. See rule 1.
3) Please refrain from profanity. It's not very becoming to a political figure and could lead to the media losing interest in you(forced replacement).
4) Do not quote any communications with the media or other political figures(PMs with the mod or other players). If you do, the media will forcibly remove you from all election-related activites(modkill you). If you have a question about whether something is acceptable, ask us. We know best.
5) You may not talk about this game outside the thread unless your role allows, whether you’re dead or not. Feel free to talk to me though, especially if you‘re dead. I’m available for listening to rants, speculation, or general discussion.
6) Do not edit or delete your posts if you are somehow able to. There are reasons for this, which I will explain if necessary. If I catch you, you will be modkilled.
Activity Levels and Prods:
7) I expect everyone to post approximately every 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in an activity prod. The more I prod you, the less I like you and more likely I am to replace you.
8) Players may request a prod on another player at any time, either by PM or by posting in thread.
9) Not picking up a prod within 72 hours will result in replacement.
10) If you expect to be V/LA for a bit, please let me know so I don't prod/replace you.
Voting, Lynches, and Deadlines:
10) Please vote in bold, such as

. You do not have to unvote when changing votes, although it might be helpful. You may use nicknames and acronyms when voting, as long as it is clear exactly whom you are referring to.11) A lynch will require a majority of available votes. Once a majority is reached, no further votes/unvotes will be counted
and we will enter 24 hour twilight.
11.5) You may vote to no lynch. No lynch will require enough votes to make it impossible for the town to lynch anyone else. For example, if there are 20 people alive, it will take 11 votes to lynch, but only 10 votes to No Lynch because no majority can be reached on anyone else.
12) Days will have a deadline of 3 weeks with one requestable extension available. If you reach deadline without making a decision, no lynch will occur.
13) Posting in twilight(aka the pre-final vote count of the day time) is acceptable, for both the lynchee and everyone else. Feel free to post as much or as little as you want of anything.(Large amounts of non-game-related material may be deleted, but some fun discussion is all right.)
14) Once your death scene is posted, you may make only one ‘Bah’ post. Make sure it has no game relevant information, or someone on your team will be punished for your screw-up.
15) You may request an exit poll(vote count) at any time in the thread or via PM.
Miscellaneous:
16) All night actions will be due within ~72 hours of nightfall. Actions not received by deadline are either randomized or nonexistant, depending on my mood.
17) If you fake breaking a rule, it will incur the same punishment as actually breaking the rule.
18) If you believe I have made a small mistake, for example, in an exit poll(vote count), please point it out in thread. If you have a more serious grievance for some reason, PM me. Leave it out of the thread.
19) My word is final. If you have a problem with it, see rule 17.
20) I reserve the right to add rules if something comes up that I do not expect.
21) The win condition in town PMs is some variation of: "You win if all those using unfair means in the election are removed from election-related events"
