leashing mal doesn't work, remember? the target has to be in a Knightmare. either you think mal is town, and let him shoot on his own based on who is in a KM, or you think he's scum and we lynch him today, as we should.

And you forget that mal's actual ability is destroying Knightmares, the vig (if the player is in the Knightmare) is basically a side effect of the ability. Even if we don't kill anyone with the shot, destroying a scum player's Knightmares would be a worthwhile use of the leash. Hell, just scaring scum players into not entering their Knightmare, and depriving them of their night abilities, might be worth the leash for at least one night.

sure, but Leon's proposed plan won't hit scum. if scum is being targeted by mal, and mal isn't scum, then they won't get into their Knightmare if they have it. i suppose it would blow up the Knightmare, which would be good if Klingon is scum. but without a flip, it's just someone going around destroying Knightmares.
vigilantes are valuable if they aren't leashed. a leashed vigilante is useless. the only reason to leash a killer is if one thinks they're scum or an SK.

I don't think you're scum, though I've had had moments of paranoia due to our disagreements and what I've perceived as you discrediting my case on CD. The thing is, the only reason I sheeped culted onto malpa is that I thought culted had something that's essentially 100%, but as of right now I can't be sure if that's the case. I asked you how certain you were for the same reason, and for all I know you are 100% but aren't willing to claim so, but at the same time that stops me from sheeping you. If you think I'm town, know that I'm at least as confident in CD being scum as you are in mal. I can understand why you would scumread mal, and I'm not exactly townreading him based on his play, either, but I think that if I'm right on both CD and Klingon, mal is town.

I think KlingonCelt is scum. Don't like the way she waffled between the CD and mal wagon, trying to push the wagon towards mal before settling on CD due to the popularity of the wagon (see posts 2438, 2441 and 2442).

The above is based on the assumption that Klingon is CD's buddy, trying to sway the wagon but bussing when she saw the way the wind blowed. If CD flipped town, I might read it different, but if CD flips scum, I would want Klingon shot.

I'm a total derp on Day 1, as such I'm usually lynched (or vig'ed Night 1) as low-hanging fruit. The experience leaves me feeling sorry for whoever ends up as the D1 lynch, and I'm reluctant to vote for someone that isn't a very strong read.
