I think this game was very ambitious and clever from an outsider standpoint

We lost because Taro's abilities were disabled at Lylo. I already noted this from the dead thread. It's very bastard. We weren't playing the long game; our strategy was just to get to lylo and then use the dayvig abilities to eliminate and secure the win. Since that got noped, our win got noped as well.

Ok but like not even bastard, I would explicitly ask because it is common for certain abailities to not work in lylo.

It is pure and simple poor planning and falling in to the trap of assuming stuff.

Nobody cared much about this game beyond Day 1 anyway, including the game host. Whatever.

afaik anything that can cause a surprise LyLo is disabled in LyLo.
if anything it'd be bastard for it to not be disabled.

This includes anything scum controlled that can remove votes from town or add votes to scum, or even cause a town to die.
But to prevent it from being alignment revealing it affects similar town roles as well... or in this case... just everyone.

I cared about this game the entire time.

I loved my role.

BTW I anticipated the chance of Royal Demeanor and loved to get disabled at lylo even though I had plans on the chance they aren't, the day vig however being disabled was the true surprise because honestly I would have used it on the previous day otherwise
